Are you continuing to provide tutoring and French Camps during the COVID-19 lockdown?

Yes. We are continuing to provide tutoring through live Zoom meetings, pre-recorded videos, and electronic study materials. Until further notice, and for the safety of our students and their loved ones, no in-person meetings will be held.

What is your cancellation policy for private tutoring?

Scheduled tutoring sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Requests must be made by email, text, or phone. If a student does not cancel a scheduled session with at least 24 hours notice, they will be charged in full for that session. If students do not attend any scheduled session, they are not entitled to a refund or individual make-up session.

What is your cancellation policy for French Club?

There are no refunds available after purchase of clubs and camps, due to start up and preparations costs, which are based on enrollment numbers. A credit for a future club or camp may be issued before the start of the initial class or camp.

What is your refund policy?

There is no refund available after purchase due to start up and preparations costs. There are however opportunities to receive a credit with French By Alexis for services in the future within a year from the date of purchase.
